I have no ACL and no cartilage due to a massive tennis injury two years ago. WOW...this is day 5 of my 9 and I lost 5 lbs!!!!!!!!!! I just Gifted myself a gym membership and am going to school to finish my Bachelors...I'm not only going to transform my body but I'm going to exercise my brain as well. I guess this means I'm ready for real changes!!! I'm ready to invest in myself...you have no idea how much that means to me. I personally am using Isageniex to simply lead a healthy lifestyle and to GAIN muscle weight. I have never found any product that is so nutritiously healthy (as I am working to become a nutrition specialist/fitness instructor possibly). Most people lose weight by dieting which makes them grumpy or not satisfied with their life because they are not able to eat the food they want. This is not a diet!! This is a lifestyle choice!
